i usually start them on sunday im not sure what the diffrence is i beleive that the day 1 start means that you are protected from pregnancy right away, but i am not using it for birth control purposes, i am using it for pcos symptoms such as acne, excsessive hair growth, irregular period. you know all that fun stuff. lol. thanks

| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. it doesn’t matter it works the same both ways. and no you wouldn’t be protected right away as it takes a few days for the hormones to kick it some people do it the sunday after you start and some do it the day you start. either work and are acceptable the sunday after is just a way to keep track easier then with the day 1 way. you can do it either way and it will work the same there is no advantage in taking it one way over the other.
