| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. Well you should be on Metformin with all of those problems. It will help your blood sugar, and help the PCOS by regulating your monthly cycle. It may also help you lose weight, or at least stop gaining weight rapidly because it helps with the insulin resistance. The PCOS/Diabetes/and weight gain are all interrelated.
You probably should be on thyroid medication if it isn’t working properly.
As for your metabolism, you have to get moving. You’ll have to exercise twice as hard as an ordinary person to see the same results. Start slow, and gradually increase your exercise levels.
See an endocrinologist and ask them about medications to fix these problems. A nutritionist can also help for your digestion and a good diet.
A diet pill will not solve anything here. Amphetamines are just a quick fix, and when you stop taking them (you’ll have to stop taking them at some point) you’ll gain it back and then some.
I have PCOS & diabetes and I understand where you are coming from. It is incredibly hard to lose weight. People just don’t understand this. I also have a theory that the weight gain is a side effect of the PCOS and diabetes, not the other way around. I used to be a skinny teenager with a very irregular cycle. I also would fall asleep after eating, get the shakes, etc. But no doctor would say I had a blood sugar problem. It was only after I started gaining weight that they decided I had a problem and they blamed it on the weight. But it was the same problems I had at 120lb (at 5′3). They finally gave me metformin for my blood sugar (after 10 years of suffering) and all of a sudden my PCOS symptoms got drastically better. They should have given it to me years earlier but since I didn’t have cysts (but I had 9 out of 10 symptoms) they said I didn’t have it. Find a good Gyno, and a good endocrinologist to help you. If they aren’t giving you the answers you need go somewhere else.
You need to go to a nutritionist and have them take a look at what you are eating. My guess is that you are having a hard time losing weight because A) you are not eating the foods your body needs, nor the correct portions, and B) you are not exercising. I don’t mean that to be rude, but if you are aware that you have hypothyroidism then you should be on medication that will get your metabolism working again. You were not born with diabetes, therefor the type you have is caused 100% by diet. Diet pills are not what you need. You need to be going for walks and eating healthier.
Their is no pill you should take in your condition.
We have some products that are very healthy and all natural. We have guarana that speeds up your metabolism to help burn the fat. We have green tea that works very well at helping curve those desires to eat all the time. It takes more than pills to help lose the weight, our products will replace two meals a day. This is guaranteed to help you lose weight, If you are interested in taking a look at the products please visit the website below and someone will call you to explain the products.
First of all, she is pre diabetic which means she will likely have diabetes in the future, but because she has PCOS, that brings the onset of diabetes whether she is overweight or skinny. So don’t assume she doesn’t workout, and she has several medical conditions which make it harder for her than someone who doesn’t have all her medical history. But honestly, if you are on medication, you need to be extremely careful what diet pills you use, so if you ask a doctor and he or she doesn’t want you taking diet pills, but you want to anyway(because lets face it, if you want to do something you will do it even when you are told otherwise) you should do your own research on the medicine you take now and read up on your medical conditions and learn more about them before choosing a diet pill. But even if you walk here and there when you can to keep your muscles working, even the little things matter and help.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
