What some good sources to learn about PCOS treaments but not trying to have a child but lose weight?
I have PCOS know little about other than what I have found online. I am obese and are doing these to lose a large amount of weight.My problem is in learning about the PCOS almost all info sees geared towards getting more fertile to have a baby. I’m not looking to have a child now or anytime soon. I would really like some sites or info about good diet for it so I can change my eating habits to get healthier. Thanks!

I also have PCOS. My thought would be to follow the (reasonable) suggestions you find that people with PCOS try when they are trying to get pregnant, with your goal being regular cycles. Most PCOS information I have found online has been about infertility too. Regular periods and ovulation are a good indicator that PCOS is under control. Being a healthy weight is a big factor here as estrogen is stored in body fat. Several hormones must be in balance for a woman to ovulate and have a regular period.
I have tried out every diet under the sun but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills do not work, but they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too.
