I have PCOS and take ortho-tri-cyclen. However, with your blood sugar being high you may need ask your doctor about taking some form of insulin. They have oral insulin taken by mouth and some even come in an inhaler form. Ask about glucophage. Glucophage regulates your bodies glucose levels. With PCOS. Your ovaries are insulin resistant which keeps them from ovulating correctly. PCOS can also lead to diabetes so make sure they are watching your blood sugars on a regular basis. The sweating can be from you blood sugars rising and falling rapidly. Be careful to not watch that.
