What are the odds of miscarriage after 12 wks in a patient with PCOS?

Can anyone tell me the miscarriage rate/odds of miscarriage ratio for a woman with PCOS who makes it to 12 weeks? It would be good to know with met (at least 1500 mg) versus not taking met also.
Please know that I am only interested in the rates for women with PCOS, not the general population.

I’ve read the rates can be as high as 45-50%.
I find the 45-50% hard to believe though, I think it’s dependent on how PCOS effects each individual. Not every Woman with PCOS has insulin resistance issues. Insulin resistance is what increases the chance of miscarriage.
Currently, there is not enough data on the use of metformin prior to and during pregnancy to give any conclusive answer as to how it impacts your risk of miscarriage. Although, I have found a site which states that the risk can be lowered to 12% with metformin. (bottom link).
I have PCOS and I am almost nine weeks I was perscribed Glucafauge but wasnt taking it when I got pregnant and my doctor told me to take it till I was at least 14 weeks but I stopped taking it cause it makes me feel like crap.
After the 12th week the chances are pretty low that you would have a miscarriage even with PCOS.
Before 12weeks in normal women the rate is 1 in 4 or 25 % of pregnancies end in miscarriage. For women with PCOS some studies put it a higher at 30-45%.
That said the chance (for every woman) goes down considerably after the 12th week.
