| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment; IUI, ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. The cost is very low and the medical services are very good in India.
My cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the Forerunners Healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full IVF treatment in India for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the newspapers. I have also read about a Chinese couple who planned surrogacy through the Forerunners Healthcare. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery and infertility treatment like IVF, IUI, and ICSI abroad for low price. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery and treatment can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
My understanding is the viscous sperm have difficulty swimming because of the thick semen. And PCOS often inhibits ovulation (but not always) so it definitely sounds as though things are a bit complicated. It is always possible though. I would talk to your doctor about treating your PCOS… first determine whether or not you are ovulating… then begin whatever treatments/meds are necessary. You may have to eventually go the route of invitro-fertilization and have your husbands semen liquified in order to make the sperm able to fertilize the egg. Talk to your doctor though… I’m no fertility specialist.
If it’s any consolation. My friend conceived a baby girl after a 3 year struggle with PCOS and fertility treatments… so people DO get pregnant.
Best wishes.
Hubby and I have a similar double whammy (me pcos and him low sperm count). We initially tried the whole fertility thing (docs only gave us 30% chance of success) but it didnt work. We are now looking into adoption. It did take time to make the decision for adoption, but the whole roller coaster feelings month after month doing infertility treatments were too stressful (not that adoption is a cake walk). But the decision is up to you and your husband. Good luck!
