| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. If you trying to get pregnant and on meds avoid the alcohol. Otherwise I have seen no reason why women with PCOS can’t drink. Just remember if you are trying to get pregnant alcohol can affect your fertility.
I don’t think it’s a problem (or if it is, I haven’t yet felt the effects!).
The biggest problem presented is how bad it is for your weight- alcohol is pure empty calories, and often very sugary, which doesn’t help PCOS and insulin and all that junk.
