I got diagnosed with Polly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS 3 years ago. I was diagnosed shortly after a miscarriage. My husband and I really want kids. I’ve been told I only have a 10% chance of having kids. Please if you have any experience with this or have any ideas of what we can try let me know!

| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. Hi there i also have PCOS i had been diagnosed with it since i was 15!!! (11 years ago) after being diagnosed with it i have had trouble with my weight and male hormones it really is one of the most suckiest things ever!!! After i got married (5 years ago) i went to see a gyno who told me i had next to no chance of EVER becoming pregnant on my own and that IVF would be my only way of conceiving i went on a diet very soon after that and lost nearly 10 kilo’s in 2 months then had a pregnancy test to show i was actually pregnant!! He is now 3 years old and i am now carrying again (39 weeks) before conceiving i was dieting again!! and lost a dramatic amount of weight. for me i had PCOS which made me only ovulate twice a year and my periods only coming twice maybe 3 times a year!! As to holding on after conceiving i do not know much about cause i have never lost a baby but do know that vitamins and health living and eating is what i have been doing may have played a part in why i am still carrying. GOOD LUCK AND DONT HESITATE TO ADD DETILS TO YOUR QUESTION IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFO
All the best
Hi there!
I was diagnosed with pcos and endometriosis at 14.
I am not 20 and we have been ttc for 10 months with no luck (yet)!
I am of average weight, have sugar cravings, painful periods, ovarian cysts etc
My mum also has pcos (diagnosed when i was 4) and was told ashe would not be able to have any more. She tried clomid and did 6 rounds of IVF before giving up. 12 months later my brother christopher was born. Don’t mind what a doctor tells you. Change your diet, low in sugar. Light exercise (walking etc). This will help your chances, relax you etc.
If you have any questions feel free to email me.
Good luck and best wishes!
