How well does Loestrin 24 work for women with PCOS?
I was prescribed it today and I have not taken birth control in a very long time (I have been ignoring the fact that I have PCOS for years). I am overweight and have the usual symptoms (mild acne, hair loss, etc) and I am hoping that this will help me lose weight and feel better. I have been experiencing random and terrible abdominal pain lately and am going back for a ultrasound next week.
Thanks for any advice you can offer!

| "Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. Many women with PCOS are at risk for ovarian and cervical cancer. You should never let PCOS go untreated! Let it go untreated and you may develop severe medical issues and possibly cancer.
My best advice is to go to the doctor and see what is going on. DO NOT stop taking your medications again! It can cause many severe health problems and you will feel much healthier taking your medications.
