Oh I should have added that the letter that they included also said that I could get cosmetics and trial size perfumes. I can hardly wait.

Hi Elains and Coach,

Well I signed up for the free product samples only a few days ago, and believe it or not I received my first few samples! This company was fast. Here is what I got…

3 different tubes of toothpaste
2 toothbrushes
2 containers of dental floss
coupons, coupons and more coupons for virtually free household items

One of the coupons gives me a $5.00 discount on the purchase of laundry detergent. I spotted some on sale recently for $4.95 – so that means I only pay the tax and the detergent is free – and it’s not even a sample size – the coupon is for a full size! This is great. Just with these samples I probably saved myself $20.00 – you just can’t argue with that.

Hi Janice – thanks for visiting. I love free samples also! I’m an avid coupon clipper and while that may play into the cliche about women, I save money on my purchases. Times are tough and the recent bumps in the economy have not helped matters at all. If you’re a single mom it’s even more important to try and save as much as you can so that you can provide for your children. Today even married couples are in the same predicament. Everything is going up, except for salaries.

Do you sacrifice for your children? I’m sure most of us do – but why not also look at coupons and free samples?

One of my favourite places for free samples is grocery stores on weekends. This may sound cheap, but a few weeks ago I stopped into a grocery store and they were giving out coupons for free toilet paper! It was only a 4-roll pack, but it was free.

Snicker.
