For women that have PCOS, how long after beginning to take Metformin did you get pregnant?

My fiancee and I have been trying to conceive for a little while now, I have just recently been put on the drug metformin for my PCOS. I am obese, but have been dieting and exercising and have lost 15 pounds so far.
How long did it take you to get pregnant after starting a Metformin regimen?

Hi i’m in the same boat as you. My husband and i have ben trying for a while now, and the other day my doc told to try metformin, he had told me i’ve lost a bit of weight which is good, and he said that i should find the metformin good to kick start the process, he did say they if i havent had a + by feb to go back into him for some fertility pills, (1 out of 10 do find it hard to conceive just on metformin)…
