I work in the medical field and someone I worked with was telling me about all these patients that where on birth control but taking Metformin (which increases fertility through insulin levels) and they became pregnant. I currently am taking both, but currently am not trying to get pregnant. I’m worried now that I may conceive when i’m not planning on it.
My husband just returned from a military deployment so of course I’ve been havin lots of sex

I don’t want to go to the doctor and seem silly asking if I have no reason to ask (meaning no symptoms). SO what are the symptoms? I know that a checkup is probably best to tell whether or not I have it, but I wanted to know what kind of symptoms some of you ladies have with this condition. Thanks to all of you. God Bless You, and BABY DUST to you, you, and you!

Just trying to work out how many women, girls, suffer from Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome and/or Endometriosis?

If so, how do you cope with the multitude of symptoms and the pain?
I have PCOS, and have "PCOS for dummies" the book.

I was wondering how many suffer with this.

Pcos… :(?

Can someone help me with this. I had my period May 16th and it lasted until 25th it was quite long because it was induced by provera. I took my clomid days 5-9. Now I am on a schedule to bd every other day but I am bleeding every single time I have intercourse! I am fine during the day until I bd. Is it the PCOS that is doing this. I am so frustrated I just want to cry. Why wont my body work with me? it just keeps working against me. I hate this :’(

If you are overweight or even obese, it is said this affects fertility.

If you get to a normal weight, is it all normal again? Or does gaining 30 pounds mess you up reguardless of whether you lose it?
And, has anyone who had trouble concieving find success upon losing weight?

I am currently almost 19 weeks pregnant and after my first trimester my doc cut the dose of Metformin to 1 500mg per day (before I was taking 2 per day). She says she wants me to stop after this runs out and she is going to test my Glycose, but I’ve heard of women that miscarry after stopping Metformin even late during their pregnancy. I know PCOS generally only effects 1st trimester but I seem to think thats wrong. What did you PCOS women do and what was the outcome? If you miscarried, how far along were you?

Thanks
XoXo

I had really irregular cycles I would have one every year or so until just a few months ago I just started getting them every month 30 days apart on the dime for 3 months straight. then there was a chance I could’ve conceived blah blah blah blah so i don’t know if I’m missing because of my cycles or because I’m pregnant.

What could be the cause of irregular cycles though?
